What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. Short, because we collect little.
When you contact us, by email or through the contact form, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, country, indicative budget and your questions. The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-relay service that passes your submission to our inbox. If you proceed toward a purchase, the professionals involved (attorneys, escrow and title companies, lenders) will collect identity and source-of-funds information directly from you under their own regulatory obligations and privacy policies. We receive only what is needed to coordinate.
This website uses Google Tag Manager to run analytics and, if you consent, advertising measurement. On your first visit you are asked to accept or decline via a cookie banner; until you accept, analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off under Google's Consent Mode, and your choice is remembered in your browser for next time. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical data such as IP address when the page loads. Embedded video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which does not set cookies unless you choose to play the video.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with developers or operators until you ask us to make an introduction, and then only what the introduction requires.
We process your information to perform the service you request, to comply with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules that apply to our partners), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our business. We operate from the United States, and by contacting us you understand that your information will be processed there. Where rules such as the EU/UK GDPR or Gulf data-protection laws apply to you, we honor the rights they grant.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the relationship is live and for up to six years afterwards, reflecting statutory limitation periods for transactions of this kind. If you enquire and never proceed, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it (where no legal obligation requires us to keep it), or to stop contacting you. One email to business@gigateways.com does it.
We keep your information in access-controlled business systems and share it only over standard encrypted channels. Remember that we will never ask you to send money to us (see our Terms & Conditions), and any email claiming otherwise, even one that appears to come from our domain, should be verified with us before acting.
Material changes to this policy will be flagged on this page with a new date. Questions, requests or complaints: business@gigateways.com.
